More than a dozen private sector lobbyists and consultants have been embedded in Labour’s shadow cabinet teams after the party approached businesses for help with shaping its policies. This includes firms like Faculty AI, FGS Global, Baringa, and Arup, which have sent staff to assist Labour with policy work, particularly in complex areas such as artificial intelligence (AI).
